SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
SHIPPING
We know how impatient you are to receive your Heat Mess pieces and show off your style on the slopes (or anywhere else)!
DELIVERY TIMES
Our products are printed on demand especially for you as soon as you place your order. This process allows us to offer unique designs and avoid waste.
Here are the estimated delivery times:

Production Time: 1 to 3 business days. This is the time our workshops need to print your T-shirt with care.

Shipping Time: 3 to 6 business days. This is the time the carrier takes to deliver the package to your doorstep.
In total, please allow generally between 5 and 10 business days (Monday to Friday) to receive your Heat Mess order after it has been placed.
Please note that these are estimates. During high-season periods (holidays, sales...) or due to carrier delays beyond our control, these times may be slightly longer. Thank you for your patience and cool attitude!
SHIPPING ZONES & RATES
We currently ship throughout the European Union (France, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Luxembourg, etc.) as well as to the United States.
The exact shipping cost is calculated automatically and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and order content.
CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES
For deliveries outside the European Union (specifically for the United States), customs duties, import taxes, or administrative fees may be applied by the carrier or local authorities upon the package's arrival in your country.
These fees are entirely the recipient's responsibility, and we have no control over them. We recommend checking with your local customs authorities before ordering to avoid any surprises.
ORDER TRACKING
As soon as your Heat Mess T-shirt is printed and handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can then watch out for the arrival of your new favorite package.
If you are not home during delivery, the carrier will usually leave a notice or attempt redelivery according to their standard procedures.
If you still haven't heard about your package 14 business days after ordering, send a quick email to the team: contact@heatmess.com (or your support email address) with your order number, and we'll investigate for you.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
OUR RETURN PHILOSOPHY
At Heat Mess, every piece is printed on demand for you. Therefore, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges if you have simply changed your mind or chosen the wrong size.
We strongly encourage you to check the size guide available on each product page before ordering to make sure your T-shirt fits perfectly!
DEFECTIVE ITEM OR ERROR ON OUR PART
If, despite all the care taken with your order, you receive an item that is:

Defective (bad print, damaged product upon arrival...)

Incorrect (wrong size or wrong design compared to your order confirmation)
Don't panic, we've got this covered!
You have 14 days after receiving your order to report the issue to us.
The process is simple: Send an email to tiffany@heatmess.com stating:

Your order number.

A brief description of the problem.

Clear photos showing the defect or error.
After validation on our end, we will offer you, depending on your preference:

A free and quick replacement item sent to you (no need to return the defective item).

OR a full refund of your order.
